New eyes in the sky

The new Airborne Early Warning and Control system, or AEW&C, is designed to search for and track airborne and maritime threats and provide command and control to friendly forces in response to those threats. Boeing is providing a total of 14 AEW&C aircraft for Australia, South Korea and Turkey.
