Apache Photo Contest

Shortly after Apache News announced its first-ever photo contest in the 2009 edition of the magazine, the entry photos started trickling in. Within weeks, we had received nearly 100 photos from aviation photographers who represent most of the Apache operators around the world, plus defense photographers who like to follow and document the Apache's performance in the field.

It was a difficult selection process, but in the end, the images shown on these pages won the day. Apache News thanks each entrant for submitting their photos and for helping tell the Apache story in pictures.
