Participating companies are assessed on the quality and completeness of their disclosure and actions taken to mitigate climate change; disclosure scores are normalized to a 100-point scale and performance is rated a letter grade. Boeing received a 92 for disclosure and a B for performance.
Boeing has participated in the Carbon Disclosure Project, an independent nonprofit organization that has become the standard for carbon disclosure methodology and process, since 2006.
