Kathryn Greaney is vice president, Global Trade Controls, reporting to Wanda Denson-Low, senior vice president for the Boeing Office of Internal Governance. She is responsible for enterprise-wide export and import activities including strategy development in response to changing export/import regulatory policies, trade control infrastructure, regulatory tracking, operational activities and related compliance requirements. She serves as the primary interface to government agencies for global trade control matters and is a member of the OIG leadership team.

Prior to her current position, Kathie served as director of export management for Boeing Integrated Defense Systems, the company's defense and space unit, where she had responsibility for the export licensing and compliance requirements across IDS. She joined The Boeing Company in July 2003 as director of export management for Sea Launch, a Boeing joint venture that provides commercial launch services. Before joining Boeing, Kathie held progressively senior level positions in export management at several major defense companies.

She is a past vice president of the Society for International Affairs (SIA), a non-profit industry association educating the international trade community on export and import compliance. She also previously served as SIA conference director and is the former editor of the SIA publication "NewsNotes". Kathie received a bachelor's degree in history from Boston College and a paralegal certification from George Washington University.
