First Aid Kits

First Aid KitIf you are in need of a first aid kit for your work area:

1. Complete a First Aid Kit Requisition (MDC4085). The form can be found through the Boeing Forms Library, or you can call the Building 598 Medical Care Unit at 314-232-5566 to request a form (M-F between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.).

2. The completed requisition with supervisor's signature must be mailed to MC S598-1241 or faxed to 314-232-8197.

3. The first aid kit will be filled and sent to the requestor.
