Weight Watchers At Work is one of the Weight Watchers program options. St. Louis has several active Weight Watchers At Work groups. If you are interested in joining one of these groups or would like more information, contact one of the meeting coordinators listed in the table below:

What are the methods of payment?
Credit cards, debit cards, and personal checks will be accepted. Weight Watchers Easy Pay is also available by credit or debit card.
Do I have to pay all the cost up front?
No! With Weight Watchers Easy Pay option, the total cost of the program you choose can be distributed into equal monthly credit/debit card payments rather than one up-front fee.
How do I sign up?

Can I try the program before I commit to joining?
Yes! You can attend one of the Weight Watchers Open Houses at Boeing (contact a meeting coordinator for times/locations) or click here to find a meeting in your community.
Can I attend both At Work meetings and Weight Watchers meetings in my community?
If you choose to join the Weight Watchers At Work program, you can attend meetings onsite at Boeing St. Louis facilities, and you can attend meetings in your community. You just need to bring your current Membership Book. If you travel, you can also attend available Weight Watchers meetings in the communities to which you travel.

How many Weight Watchers meetings can I attend each week?
At Work meeting members may attend as many meetings as they want each week, either At Work or in the community. Community meeting members may attend as many community meetings as they want but are not eligible to attend At Work meetings.
What are the requirements to become a Weight Watchers member?
To join the Weight Watchers program, you must:
- Weigh at least 5 pounds more than the minimum healthy weight for your height and weight, according to the Weight Watchers weight ranges.
- Not be pregnant.
- Not have an active medical diagnosis of bulimia nervosa or anorexia nervosa.
- Sign a Health Release on the Registration Card.
Can I get a refund for an At Work meeting series if my situation changes?
You can receive a refund for the remaining weeks or a series if the reason is due to a change in employment, a move out of the area, illness, pregnancy, if you become a Lifetime Member, or if you are a Lifetime Member returning to your weight goal. If you would like assistance on this, please call Weight Watchers representative, Rita Knobbe, at 1-800-828-9675. There is no administrative fee. Other refunds are available on a case-by-case basis.
How do I start a new meeting location?
Additional Weight Watchers At Work meetings will be available to locations that have a minimum of 15 employees committed to participate. Contact the local Weight Watchers Corporate Account Manager, Harriet Colen, at 1-800-AT-WORK or 201-943-9173 or Harriet.colen@weightwatchers.com. You will be asked to submit an RSVP form which can be found in the Coordinator’s section of this web site.
What does a Weight Watchers At Work meeting coordinator do?
If you serve as a Weight Watchers At Work meeting coordinator, you will—
- Ensure a minimum of 15 members to start a new group.
- Reserve rooms for weekly meetings.
- Ensure rooms are properly set up.
- Work with the Weight Watchers meeting leader to organize/motivate the group.
- Ensure badging for WW leader.
- Direct employees to the meeting location.
- Answer questions about meeting times, etc.
- Attend meetings on a regular basis.

What is Lifetime Membership?
Lifetime Membership is a privilege you receive when you:
- Achieve a weight goal that is within the Weight Watchers weight ranges (for a healthy weight determined by your physician) and are at least 5 pounds less than your initial weight, and
- Have been on the Weight Watchers maintenance phase for 6 consecutive weeks as a current, paid meetings member and are no more than 2 pounds above your weight goal at the end of that period.
