High-Efficiency Processes
Providing continuous improvement to existing programs and tailoring efficient processes to customer needs play a key role in Boeing’s business execution. Through the development of high-efficiency processes, we are able to improve productivity and eliminate waste. Our customers are able to stay focused on mission success and maximize resources. For example, today's F/A-18E/F and EA-18G teams in St. Louis is using proven Lean+ tactics, such as pulsing assembly lines and drilling automation to streamline aircraft production, improving quality and reducing cost for our customers. That's great news for all those serving our nation.
