Senior Data Base Analyst
Functional Responsibility: Develops databases and data base management systems (DBMS). Adheres to policies and procedures pertaining to DBMS management, security, maintenance and use. Analyzes database requirements and defines physical structure and functional capabilities of databases. May perform database design tradeoffs. Evaluates, recommends, installs, tunes and optimizes DBMS products to support validated user requirements. Develops schemas, file organization, indexing methods, and performs data planning and development. Populates databases, performs data extraction and data manipulation to support database utilization.

Minimum Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related field. See footnote below.
