| The information contained
in the Microsoft Access files is intended to provide a summary of semiconductor
parts analyzed and/or tested by European Space Agency (ESA), and U.S. Product
Groups: PG-1 (McDonnell-Douglas); PG-2 (Rocketdyne); and PG-3 (Boeing Huntsville)
in the process of qualifying electronic parts for International Space Station
flight hardware. The data format differs for each Product Group and is generally identified by common, or generic, part number rather than by program, DESC, SSQ, or military specification number. The items listed in the files are not necessarily still used in ISS flight hardware. Some may have been eliminated from the current design for various reasons, including poor radiation response. Radiation environment as well as hardware qualification and requirements differ for each Product Group due to differences in location, shielding, and other factors. >Further information regarding analysis, computations, and copies of reports, may be obtained by qualified contractors and partners actively working International Space Station. Specific questions regarding items of interest should be directed to the Point of Contact provided for that item. With appropriate analysis/calculations other data, such as that available from ERRIC, NASA/GSFC or JPL/NASA , may be applicable to other parts in ISSA environments. |
