Who is eligible?
Eligible candidates must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or a consolidated bachelor's/master's degree program. Candidates must be available to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks, though 12 weeks is preferred.
Degrees in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or other analytical fields are preferred; however, other degrees may be considered. Strong candidates will also exhibit sound leadership, analytical and communication skills.
What is the Boeing Business Intern Program recruiting process?
All applicants must apply online. Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in a series of interviews either on campus or by phone. During the selection process, candidates will receive a high-level description of the business areas where internship opportunities are available, and will have the opportunity to submit preferences for both position type and geographic location. Through the hiring process, we consider your job and location preferences, as well as our hiring needs, to identify the best-fit placement for you. As the final step in the recruiting process, students travel to a Boeing site to meet with intern managers and to network with each other.

What happens when I complete my internship?
Throughout your internship, you and your manager will discuss your performance. Upon completion of the program, your manager will complete a performance evaluation. High-performing interns are encouraged to apply for an additional internship or a full-time position consistent with both their career interests and the needs of Boeing.
