Who is eligible?
You must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, consolidated bachelor's/master's degree program, or master’s degree program. Note that only select opportunities are available for master’s degree students, primarily within Human Resources. You must also be available to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks, though 12 weeks is preferred.
Degrees in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Operations, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or similar fields are preferred; however, other degrees may be considered. You must also exhibit sound leadership, analytical and communication skills.
What is the Boeing Business Intern Program recruiting process?
You must apply online. If qualified, you’ll be invited to participate in a series of interviews – either on campus or by phone. During the selection process, you’ll have the opportunity to submit preferences for both position type and geographic location. Through the hiring process, we consider your preferences, as well as our hiring needs, to identify the best-fit placement for you. As the final step in the recruiting process, you may travel to a Boeing site to meet with intern managers and to network.

What happens when I complete my internship?
Throughout your internship, you and your manager will discuss your performance. Upon completion of the program, your manager will complete a performance evaluation. High-performing interns are encouraged to apply for an additional internship or to a full-time position consistent with both their career interests and the needs of Boeing.
Eligible candidates must be available to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks (12 weeks preferred) and must apply online during the fall semester prior to the start of the summer internship program.
