Who is eligible?
Eligible candidates must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or a consolidated bachelor’s/master’s degree program. Candidates must be available to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks, though 12 weeks is preferred.
What is the Boeing Information Technology Intern Program recruiting process?
All applicants must apply online. Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in a series of interviews either on campus or by phone. During the selection process, candidates will receive a high-level description of the technical areas where internship opportunities are available and will have the opportunity to submit preferences for both position type and geographic location. What happens when I complete my internship?
Throughout your internship, you and your manager will discuss your performance. Upon completion of the program, your manager will complete a performance evaluation. Although interns are not guaranteed an offer for a future position, Boeing uses the Information Technology Intern Program as the primary pipeline for entry-level technology talent. High-performing interns will receive first-priority consideration for full-time positions and additional internship opportunities.
