Boeing Electronic Software and Data Distribution (ESDD) Application Hosting provides airplane operators with remote Internet access to a secure ESDD system that is deployed, maintained, and supported by Boeing. By using this service, an airplane operator avoids the need to procure and operate the complex IT systems required to manage Loadable Software Airplane Parts (LSAP).

Boeing LSAP Management provides the experience and resources to perform secure processing and configuration management of a customer's LSAPs by using the Boeing-hosted ESDD system. It alleviates an airplane operator's reliance on internal resources, processes, and infrastructure.

Boeing 787 ESDD Application Hosting and LSAP Management simplify an airline's business processes by reducing IT complexity, cost, and risk and by facilitating faster 787 Entry Into Service (EIS).
