Can I get a refund for the app I've purchased?
Boeing cannot provide a refund for the app. Please follow up with the distributor of the app (iTunes, Google Play, MyBoeingFleet) to inquire about refunds.
I have a new device that I would like to use. Can I move my apps to this device?
Yes, in most cases you can move your apps to a new device; however, there may be a limit to how many devices can be used. iOS devices can share apps across five devices with one account. Android apps have unlimited device installs when they are purchased from Google Play with the same Gmail account.
Do apps have access to my personal information?
Unless granted by you or unless specified in the terms of service for use of the app, apps do not access your personal information.
Who do I contact if I have an idea for an app?
Boeing cannot accept ideas for app concepts.
Do I need a MyBoeingFleet account to access the mobile apps?
Most apps will require a MyBoeingFleet account to either activate the app or obtain the data required to use the app. Companies or individuals wishing to receive information on obtaining access to MyBoeingFleet should contact their Boeing focal point, or send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the difference between the Boeing Distribution Manager and JDM Pro?
Boeing Distribution Manager and JDM Pro enable safe and secure data delivery to iOS mobile applications over the internet. JDM Pro includes features that Boeing Distribution Manager does not have such as Byte-level deltas, and the ability to send multiple versions of a data file to devices. When I log into the Boeing Mobile Gallery, I don't see an app that I should. Who do I contact?
If you don't see an app that you know you have access to, it is because you don't have rights to view or download the app. To gain access to the app, contact the app administrator to get rights to view and download the app.
When I log into the Boeing Mobile Gallery, I don't see a Distribution Manager or the Data Upload Tab. Who do I contact to get access to these tabs?
If your company has a contract in place to use Boeing Distribution Manager, contact your Boeing Customer Focal to be set up with rights to view the Distribution Manager and Data Upload tool.
When I try to use my App, I get an error message saying that my device is not registered. Who do I contact?
Check with your iPad device manager to see if your device was entered into the Jeppesen Data Manager device list and assigned to the correct group to receive data. You should then have received instructions on how to register your device.
