Material Services - Service Ready Support

Customers determine how much to spend on spares, which parts are necessary and quantities of each part to purchase. Spares Engineering and Provisioning Services make those choices easier by working with Boeing airline customers to develop a comprehensive spare parts list that is customized to a fleet. In addition, Boeing creates a provisioning schedule so that customers receive parts as their maintenance plan requires them.

We offer technical expertise on a broad range of spares solutions, such as part interchangeability and substitutions, and show ways to use inventory and budget more effectively. By working to develop a level of materials management that suits customer needs, we help reduce inventory holding costs without jeopardizing flight and maintenance schedules.
