The Wichita Employees Marksmanship Club was founded in January 2000 to provide an avenue for its members to learn better shooting techniques, learn safe firearm handling, practice, and have fun in a friendly, slightly competitive environment. The club also meets for a practice or Match session at a local range where members enjoy a discount for membership and lane fees. Typically 5-8 matches are held per year and format varies to allow more individual opportunities to win. At the end of the year, awards are given to the top three Shooters of the Year as deterined by points awarded at each Match. We also meet for an awards dinner in December. Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Boeing Wichita Fitness/Recreation Center on South Oliver. Our practice/match night is held on the 2nd Friday of every month at a local range. Annual membership dues are $10 for individuals and $20 for families. Membership is open to Boeing employees and retirees and their families (children over 16), people who work for subsidiaries or partners, Military service persons, and non-employees with approval.
