Sometimes, life can be overwhelming. The good news is, you're not alone...
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential service designed to connect Boeing employees and their families with experienced counseling professionals for help with personal problems and issues. Additionally, the program offers limited free legal and financial advice and referral, training, and access to helpful online articles. The program is available to all employees and their eligible dependents throughout the U.S. at no cost.
Boeing has contracted with ValueOptions to provide services to employees and their dependents nationwide. If you are a Boeing employee outside the U.S., see International Services.
The primary services provided by the EAP are short-term counseling and referral. At one time or another, everyone confronts personal problems, either directly or indirectly. The EAP is prepared to assist you with any personal problems requiring outside help.

Through this service, you can receive a free consultation with a legal or financial professional. For legal matters, you'll receive a referral to an attorney in your area who will provide a free 30-minute consultation. Also, if you retain that attorney, you'll recieve a discount of 25% off their normal rates. Additionally, you have access to a variety of financial professionals via the phone.
