My Boeing story started just two years ago. I was wandering through the career fair and stumbled up to Boeing because I knew of the company based on the branding (and social media accounts, too). I showed my resume, talked to one of the most genuine recruiters I've met at a career fair, and got an interview. I was an intern for a summer and applied for a leadership rotation program called the BCFP (Business Career Foundation Program). Its acceptance rate was 1.5 percent, so I didn't think I had a chance -- but they took a chance on me.

I've been in Boeing Research & Technology, Supplier Management, Marketing for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Sales Operations and Jeppesen (a subsidiary best known for its flight bag and navigation systems). During my last rotation, I got to work in Germany for four months! And to support a subsidiary that was extraordinary.

I don't know where I'd be without Boeing. This company has genuine people, smart people, driven people and innovative people. The past 100 years can prove all of that. But, quite honestly, I really believe the next 100 years will prove it even more. The innovation that will come out of this company is going to blow the minds of everyone, and I'm so excited to get to be a part of it.

I'm so happy to be a Boeing employee, to be in the BCFP, and to be a part of such an innovative and globally impactful company. Thank you, Boeing!
