Boeing

Overview

As the world's largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial airplanes and defense, space and security systems, it is both a responsibility and requirement to make sure our talent pipeline is as robust and diverse as possible.

That’s why Boeing has created the Return Flight program, a professional, mid-level internship for people who have technical degrees and want to reenter the workforce after a voluntary career break. The 16-week program provides professional development, networking opportunities, mentoring and the possibility of being hired as a full-time employee upon completion.

Join us for your Return Flight, and help us continue shaping the future of aerospace. It’s never too late to let your passion and potential soar.

Candidate Qualifications

At this time, Return Flight has open positions across three Boeing business units: Boeing Defense, Space & Security; Commercial Airplanes; and Global Services.

Ideal candidates have five or more years of experience and are interested in returning to work full-time after a voluntary career break of three or more years.
