Air Seychelles Expands Fleet with Boeing 767
SEATTLE, April 09, 2001 -- Air Seychelles will operate one of the youngest fleets in the world with the addition of a new Boeing 767-300ER (extended range) airplane. The airplane will be leased from International Lease Finance Corporation. The 767-300ER seats 244 passengers, 24 in business and 220 in economy class. Further fleet expansion includes the addition of a Boeing Next-Generation 737-700 in November 2001. Air Seychelles, the government-owned national airline, provides scheduled international passenger and cargo services linking Mahe Island, Seychelles, with Europe, Africa, and Asia.
