Logistics. The logistics module supports all of an airline's procurement and inventory management needs. It can handle a heavy load of day-to-day transactions created by many users at different locations.
Maintenance planning and scheduling. The maintenance planning and scheduling module is fully integrated with the other modules to allow maintenance planners to efficiently coordinate schedules, resources, and part needs. Support is incorporated for editing task cards, defining programs, compliance reporting, fleet scheduling, generating work packages, and dynamic fleet and event scheduling.
Component maintenance. The component maintenance module provides robust capabilities for defining component maintenance programs and provides the tools for efficiently managing the back-shop process from planning to execution.
Engineering operations. The engineering operations module is a task-based software tool that allows engineers to track airworthiness directives and service bulletins, assess the impact on their fleet, and create, edit, track, and distribute engineering orders, engineering authorizations, and fleet directives.
Document management. The document management module provides access to all airplane maintenance documentation needed to support an integrated, enterprise-wide system. Personnel in engineering, planning, scheduling, purchasing, and other areas will be able to base their operations on a common source of data.
Airplane configuration management. The configuration module uses intelligent graphics, extensive document hyperlinking, and a shopping cart to export parts lists to external systems. It acts as a central information hub ensuring that maintenance personnel have access to accurate information.
Production control. The production module schedules, monitors, controls, and archives the execution of maintenance work including close attention to nonroutine maintenance. It contributes to optimized planning and provides an opportunity to further improve the efficiency of the maintenance process through the use of hand-held devices, bar coding, and wireless networking.
