767-400ER

The sleek new 767-400ER (extended range) glows in the sun's long rays near the factory where it was built at Everett, Wash. Sized between the 767-300 and larger 777-200, the 767-400ER will carry 245 passengers in a typical three-class configuration, and 304 passengers in a typical two-class configuration. The 201-foot-long jetliner features an upgraded flight deck with six large displays for flight and navigation data, and a new passenger cabin designed with curved ceilings and side walls inspired by the award-winning 777 interior. Scheduled for its first delivery in May 2000 to launch customer Delta Air Lines, the 767-400ER will be the first new jet to deliver in the 21st century.
