Air France Flies Away In Another Boeing 777-200ER
SEATTLE, Nov. 15, 2000 -- Air France's 777 fleet just got larger with today's addition of their 12th 777-200ER. The airplane is the first to have the new General Electric GE90-94B engine, which just earned certification from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration, the European Joint Aviation Authorities and the Direction Generale De L'Aviation Civile. The 777 features the most range capability in the medium-sized category, and a light, airy interior preferred by three out of four passengers worldwide.
