Boeing Unveils Improved Access Features on the 787
EVERETT, Wash., March 26, 2007 -- Wheelchair-accessible lavatories on the all-new Boeing [NYSE:BA] 787 Dreamliner will be significantly enhanced. The airline-selectable 56-inch longitudinal lavatory features improvements for passengers by offering more usable space and easer access to facilities, including a fold-down assist bar for independent transfers (shown here in the fold-down position).
