Boeing Statement on China Southern 737 Announcement
SEATTLE, Aug. 21, 2007 -- The Boeing Company [NYSE: BA] is pleased that China Southern Airlines Co. has announced its intention to expand its fleet of Next-Generation 737s. Boeing is working closely with China Southern to finalize the order. Guangzhou-based China Southern is the largest airline in The People's Republic of China by fleet size.
