Boeing Statement on Hewa Bora Airways Crash

SEATTLE, April 15, 2008 -- Boeing extends its deepest sympathy to the families and colleagues of those who were lost or injured when the Hewa Bora Airways DC-9 crashed today during a takeoff attempt from Goma Airport, Democratic Republic of Congo, and has offered accident investigation assistance to the government through the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board.
