NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURES

Use restrictions by night
For take-off from 2300-0600 UTc and with a tailwind component less than or equal to 7 kts, the RWY 17L or 17R is to be used.

If for operational reasons, RWY 17L ro 17R cannot be used, upon pilot request at engine start up, an other QFU may be attributed with additional delays.

b) Engine test
Engine test shall not be done except in areas assinged by the control tower and after authorization of this one.

c) Conditions of RWY use

From 0600-2300 LT and with a tail wind component of less or equal to 7kts, Runway 35R/L is to be used. If Runway 35R/L cannot be used for operational reasons, another runway can be assigned upon request by the pilot but delays should be expected.

Landing

- When the tailwind component is 7kt or less, Runway 35R/L is to be used only if Runway 17LR is usable for landings, two conditions are to be considered:

1st case: ceiling at or above 1500' AGL and visibility equal or greater than 5000m: instrument approach procedure for Runway 35R or 35L is to be used, followed by RIGHT downwind for Runway 17L or 17R

2nd case: ceiling below 1500' AGL: Instrument approach procedure for Runway 17L or 17R is to be used.

Noise Abatement Procedures - Departures
Turbojet aircraft shall perfom climb procedures as follows:

Take-off to 1500 ft. - take-off power
- take-off flaps
- climb at V2 + 10 KT (or as limited by body angle)
At 1500 ft. - reduce power to not less than climb power
1500-3000 ft - climb at V2 + 10 KT
