The run-up restrictions are that the Airport does not allow them on apron areas. Engines may be operated on the run-up pads located off the connecting taxiways near the ends of the runways. Runway ends 9, 13 and 27 have this configuration. Our FBO's may allow propeller engine aircraft run-ups on their aprons since the wind effect is not so great.
