NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURES
For airplanes departing viz SIKOU ONE MIKE, DIKOU ONE TANGO departure
and for aircraft departing runway 23/24 via ANPU FOUR, COSMO ONE
departure, the 3 mile initial climb on runway heading is mandatory
for noise abatement. Unless in emergency, no aircraft shall make
an early turn.
North bound aircraft shall use COSMO ONE departure during 1400-2300
when runway 23/24 is active. |

NOISE MONITORING SYSTEM
The noise monitoring system is the product of Bruel * Kjaer. The
system can collect noise data and store in a well defined database.
Graphical and tabular reports can easily be generated. The weather
is also included in the system. We provide the data to the local
EPA monthly.
