follows:

Runway 18 departures for a East or South destination - fly runway heading
to 4000ft then turn on course.

Runway 18 departures for West destination - turn on course. Runway 36
approach - five(5) miles straight in approach required.

If wind is 10 knots or less - depart Runway 36 and Approach Runway 18.
