NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURES
Standard Departure Procedures:
Aircraft departing from Runway 21 shall turn onto a track of 170 degrees (M) for two minutes climbing at best climb gradient to 4000 feet or until passing the coast line before setting course.

1. All arriving aircraft from the east or west maintaining 3000 feet should be descended to 2000 feet after it has given the final turn to intercept the localizer for an approach to land on Runway 21.

2. All arriving aircraft that need to be vectored to cross the localizer for spacing or sequencing, should maintain 3000 feet until given the final turn to intercept the localizer for an approach to land on Runway 21.

3. All departing aircraft on rwy 03 should climb on runway heading to 3000 feet before setting course.
