- From 0700-2300 local time, Runway 13/31 if possible used maximum
- From 2300-0700 local time, aircraft flights with high noise level and military aviation are prohibited.
Due to the environmental protection from harmful influence, with the purpose of noise abatement, special take-off and landing procedures are preformed by crews of all aircraft types of national and foreign carriers.
Performance of procedures shall not be made to reduction of the level of flight safety.
Noise abatement procedures are as follows:
- Preferential use of runways:
Runway 13 for take-off
Runway 31 for landing
Take-off and landing are preformed using special noise abatement
procedures described in AIP Ukraine AD21.2 (Flight procedures, SID, STAR and
IAC charts).
