NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURES
1. The following procedures have been established to avoid excessive noise to the surroundings of Menorca airport.
2. These procedures may be omitted for safety reasons.
Take-off:
Modifications to the nominal path of SID's will not be cleared before leaving,
at least, 3000 ft on the climb.
Landings:
During contact approach operations, and except for light aircraft, descents
below 3000 ft will not be cleared before the aircraft in the circuit final segment
is lined up on the runway.
Reverse thrust other than idle regime is not allowed, except for safety reasons. |
