CONTINUOUS DESCENT ARRIVAL (CDA) - NONE

AIRPORT CURFEWS

Voluntary nighttime curfew between 10 pm and 7 am local time. Pilots are strongly encouraged not to fly during these hours. Airport Security monitors all arrivals and departures and provides a listing of aircraft registration numbers to the Noise Abatement Office, which must make them available to the public on request.

PREFERENTIAL RUNWAYS

Established for Runway 5-23 from 10 pm to 7 am local time. Runway 5 is used for departures and Runway 23 is used for landing, winds and air traffic permitting.

OPERATING QUOTA - NONE

ENGINE RUN-UP RESTRICTIONS

Engine Maintenance Run-ups prohibited from 10 PM until 7 AM. Daytime run-ups are restricted to the center of the airport to reduce noise in the residential areas closest to the airport.

APU OPERATING RESTRICTIONS

Voluntary restraint from operating APUs and GPUs from 10 pm to 7 am local time.

Naples is an extremely motivated and noise-sensitive community that aggressively demands enforcement of noise restrictions and encourages compliance with its curfew. Noise-sensitive neighborhoods in all quadrants around the airport. All turbojet aircraft are requested to use NBAA noise abatement procedures.
