1. Noise Abatement Departure Procedures
The following noise abatement procedure (NADP) shall be applied
by all aircraft certified in accordance with ICAO Annex 16, Chapter
3

- climb at V2 + (10 to 20) kt |

- accelerate smoothly to en-route climb speed with flap
retraction on schedule |
