based on the district designation. Summary of requirements are:
Overlay Zone 1: 65 CNEL contour, future development limited to non-noise
sensitive, require avaigation easements for any development.
Overlay Zone 2: 60 CNEL - require noise insulation in noise sensitive
uses, avigation easements for any development.
Overlay Zone 3: overflight areas - avigation easements could be
required prior to development
Overlay Zone 4: within AIA boundary, fair disclosure requirement,
airport review of future development within this zone. |
