Boeing PART Page -- Boeing's PART Page website is easy to use and is available to any authorized user directly or through MyBoeingFleet. With the Boeing PART Page, managing the procurement process is fast and easy. Access is free. Boeing customers can select from 6.5 million spare parts; place multiple orders in a single transaction; revise orders; check prices, part availability and order status; and track shipments -- all in real time.
24-Hour AOG Parts Support -- When your Boeing airplane is grounded and you need a part, Boeing's AOG representatives and technical support specialists will help you return your airplane to service, wherever in the world it happens to be. Boeing is ready to dispatch the help you need -- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Boeing has a well-established history of reacting swiftly to meet a customer's requirements.
Customer Account Management -- Boeing has established a Customer Account Manager to be your advocate and partner. Your Customer Account Manager is dedicated to understanding your spare part needs in order to keep your maintenance operations running at optimum efficiency. Your Customer Account Manager is your dedicated resource for creative and flexible part solutions.
Provisioning and Engineering Services -- Boeing offers a wide range of products and services that provide the information you need to make the best inventory decisions in support of entry into service. Boeing works with you to develop a provisioning program customized to your fleet. Through MyBoeingFleet, you have real-time access to the engineering-approved data required to make informed decisions. Information on provisioning, part interchangeability and substitution also are available.
Supplier Provisioning and Support -- Boeing actively collaborates with its suppliers to continuously improve support and performance, advocates for its customers to resolve supplier performance issues, and facilitates and hosts meetings with customers and suppliers to address service-ready and sustaining airplane support issues.
Leasing Service -- Leasable parts are select, high-cost major components, such as flight control surfaces, engine cowlings and landing gear doors. These parts are positioned in Boeing's distribution centers around the world to provide timely support.
Boeing Proprietary Parts -- Because only genuine Boeing spare parts provide the quality assurance of the original equipment manufacturer.
Kitting -- Boeing offers inventory solutions to enhance fleet value and support maintenance requirements with convenience, filter and customized non-engineered kits, service bulletin kits and the tools necessary for incorporation.

Landing Gear Programs -- Boeing's landing gear programs provide total inventory and engineering support that will help prolong the life and enhance the quality of your Boeing fleet. The Landing Gear Overhaul and Exchange Programs offer a cost-effective approach to fulfilling your landing gear overhaul and certification requirements. These programs are designed to increase the efficiency of your fleet and minimize the technical and schedule risk of your landing gear maintenance.
Integrated Materials Management -- Boeing provides an integrated supply-chain service that transitions to Boeing the customer's responsibility for forecasting, ordering, logistics and distribution of expendable, rotable and consumable parts. Boeing utilizes actual usage data and trend analysis to ensure that you have the materials you need, while reducing costs in inventory, storage requirements, materials waste and logistics.
