Boeing Proprietary Parts -- Because only genuine Boeing spare parts provide the quality assurance of the original equipment manufacturer.
Component Services Programs -- Reduce investment in high-value dispatch-critical parts and associated maintenance; assurance of prompt delivery of replacements.
Integrated Materials Management (IMM) -- supply chain service that transitions the customers' materials management responsibility to Boeing -- offering a better service level for parts, more reliability for customer maintenance operations and improved business performance for network suppliers' as well as reduced cost for parts, inventory and logistics.
