Chuck Woods is vice president of Integration and Operations for the newly formed Enterprise Operations, Finance and Strategy organization at Boeing, the world’s largest aerospace company and one of the largest U.S. exporters.

In this expanded role, Woods leads a team tasked with establishing the Enterprise Operations, Finance and Strategy operating rhythm and processes to enable efficient day-to-day operations as well as cross-functional collaboration and coordination across the company. He continues to oversee the management of the Office of the EVP of Enterprise Operations and CFO.

Additionally, Woods leads the One Boeing Finance of the Future, Finance Systems Integration and Finance & Strategy People Development teams, driving functional excellence in processes, systems and service delivery, as well as a world-class, consistent approach to talent development.

Woods has held senior leadership roles across the Boeing enterprise in supply chain, finance, and program management as chief financial officer and vice president of Finance for the Commercial Services and Government Services businesses, among others. He also served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Finance/Program Management at Defense Global Services & Support, the 787 Commercial Airplane Program, at Boeing Engineering, Operations & Technology, and as vice president of Supplier Management for Boeing Military Aircraft.

He joined the company in 1990 as a contracts and pricing specialist, and served in a succession of finance and supplier management positions within Boeing’s defense and space business.

Before joining Boeing, Woods held various management positions for the Jacobs Group, a nationwide shopping center developer.

Woods holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Truman State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Illinois University.

Woods is the Boeing executive focal for Truman State University, where he serves on the President's Advisory Council. He also serves on the Governance Board for FamilyForward in St. Louis, MO as Vice President - Treasurer. He is married and has three grown children.
