Kory Mathews is vice president of Enterprise Services for the newly formed Enterprise Operations, Finance and Strategy organization at The Boeing Company.

Mathews leads the integrated Enterprise Services organization, delivering best-in-class services to our enterprise. These services include Security and Fire Protection; Indirect Supply Chain; Facilities and Asset Management; Environment, Health and Safety; Executive Flight Operations; and Transportation, Warehousing and Logistics, which will come together on this team. The group also includes the Global Real Estate and Information Services and Enterprise Services Integration teams.

Prior to this role, Mathews led Enterprise Program Management as a member of the Finance, Enterprise Performance & Strategy leadership team. In this role, he was responsible for ensuring program managers and general managers have the necessary tools, training, and talent to deliver on customer commitments and meet business goals.

Previously, Mathews served as vice president of Weapons for Boeing Defense, Space & Security’s Missile and Weapon Systems division. Mathews oversaw all aspects of Boeing’s direct attack weapons and cruise missile systems, as well as integrated air and missile defense systems. This global, diverse portfolio includes products such as Joint Direct Attack Munition, Small Diameter Bomb, Harpoon, Standoff Land Attack Missile Expanded Response, Avenger, PAC-3 Missile Seeker, Arrow and Directed Energy, among others.

Over more than 30 years with Boeing, Mathews has served in a variety of leadership roles, including vice president of Autonomous Systems; vice president and program manager of Proprietary Programs for Boeing Phantom Works; vice president of the F/A-18 & EA-18 family of strike fighters; and vice president and chief engineer of Boeing Military Aircraft, with responsibilities across Boeing’s portfolio of fighters, weapons, rotorcraft, and mobility and surveillance aircraft.

Mathews also spent much of his career in Boeing’s advanced systems. He was the chief system architect for Boeing Unmanned Systems and held engineering and management positions on Boeing’s Joint Strike Fighter program.

Mathews holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly University of Missouri – Rolla) and an executive MBA from Washington University’s Olin Business School. He serves on the board of directors for Missouri Baptist Hospital and the Center of Creative Arts in St. Louis.
