Justin Walker is the Human Resources Director for Government Operations and the Law Department. He previously supported Communications in the same capacity. In these roles, he is responsible for developing and leading the people plan for strategic business impact across the functions.
Prior to his director roles, Justin led the Early Career Rotation Programs at Boeing, aimed at enhancing the overall strength and capabilities for the HR, IT, Business & Finance, and Engineering functions. In his first management role, he was responsible for program management of the HR Career Foundation Program and the IT Career Foundation Program. Prior to management, Justin served as the strategic HR business partner for the Leadership, Learning & Organizational Capability organization in HR. He started with Boeing as the strategic HR business partner supporting Global Trade Controls and Compliance in the Office of Internal Governance.
Prior to Boeing, Justin worked for Saint Louis University in various HR roles including compensation, full lifecycle recruiting, and HR business partner. Justin holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a MBA from Saint Louis University
