It is our preference that you make separate applications for each request, and that you input the requests on or about the same day

General Guidelines

You must be a U.S.-based IRS 501(c)3 qualified charitable organization
Contributions made in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties. Limited support to Island, Skagit and Kitsap counties.
We generally do not fund:
- individuals or families
- political candidates or organizations
- churches or religious organizations
- travel expenses for individuals or groups to competitions, parades, performances abroad
- school-affiliated orchestras, bands, choirs, drama groups or tuition-based arts programs
- walk-a-thons (or the like), athletic events
- memorials or endowments
- door prizes or raffles
- in-kind transportation services

In-Kind

NEW!! We have launched an INKIND donations application. When applying, you must use inkind678 in the Invitation Code field.

The Boeing Company makes donations through many in-kind services, including surplus goods and auction support. We no longer provide transportation as an in-kind service.

Printing or Graphics

We prefer to print items with a shelf life of at least a year such as: annual reports, educational materials, general brochures and posters. We do not print items such as: auction catalogs, tickets, invitations, programs for events, letterhead or newsletters. Printing takes approximately 90 days from approval to finishing the end product. Please be sure that you are ready to print prior to making application. You must complete the application and upload the Specification Worksheet before submitting online.

Loaned Labor

The donation of loaned labor in a variety of areas may be possible on a short- or long-term basis.

Please complete the application and include the following in the "additional information" section.

2. Complete description or project
3. Beginning date of project
4. Timeline
5. Job description
6. Skills and attributes needed

Surplus Goods

A specific list of items you are looking for must be either uploaded into the application or put in the "additional information" section.

How it works

You may apply for a line of credit once in each calendar year, so please make sure you do an assessment of your needs prior to request. If you are seeking computing equipment, the application is the same, but the process is slightly different. If your application is approved, you will be given a line of credit for a specific amount and 90 days to shop at the Surplus Store* until it is spent. Please do not wait until the last few days to shop, as no extensions are possible. If computing is approved, you will receive an approval letter placing you on a waiting list for one-twelve weeks. When computers are ready for pick up, you will be notified by FAX or email.

All computers must be picked up at the same time
Please allow one cubic yard per machine in the vehicle you use.
All equipment must be picked up within 10 days or it will be re-allocated to waiting organizations
Store personnel is not able to load your vehicle, so please be sure you bring appropriate manpower

Table or Event Sponsorship

The Boeing Company may choose to support your non-profit organization through the purchase of a table at an event or underwriting your fundraising event. You must include any information regarding the various levels of sponsorships (including cost and benefits) available by uploading attachments prior to submitting online.

Auction Items

The Boeing Company may contribute to auctions for non-profit group fundraising. Please include the following information in your application:

Date & location of the auction
Net proceeds of your last auction (or goal, if it is the first auction)
