Chris Chadwick is President of Precision Engagement and Mobility Systems, which includes Global Strike; Mobility; Airborne Anti-Submarine Warfare and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and Rotorcraft for all military services.

Prior to this assignment, Chadwick was Vice President and General Manager of Global Strike Systems (GSS), a division of the Precision Engagement and Mobility Systems business unit for The Boeing Company. GSS consists of the Tactical Fighter business (F/A-18, F-22 and F-15), the Tactical Weapon Business (Harpoon, SLAM-ER, JDAM, CALCM, Brimstone and Small Diameter Bomb), and the T-45 Goshawk and associate training system.

Chadwick previously was vice president of the F/A-18 program for Naval Systems, Boeing Integrated Defense Systems. In this role he was responsible for the technical, cost and schedule performance of the entire F/A-18 family of strike fighters, which includes the F/A-18A/B/C/D/E/F; as well as the EA-18G. Prior to this assignment, he served as general manager and deputy program manager of the F/A-18 program.

Previously, Chadwick served as program manager for the Bell-Boeing MV-22 Osprey, a tiltrotor aircraft, in Philadelphia, Pa. In this position, his responsibilities included all programmatic activities associated with the Boeing MV-22 effort. He also led the overall V-22 Low Rate Initial Production operations for both the MV-22 (U.S. Marine Corps) and CV-22 (Special Operations Forces) variants. Prior to that, Chadwick served as the V-22 LRIP program manager, responsible for all aspects of V-22 production, including coordination with Bell's Amarillo, Texas-based final assembly operations.

From November 1998 to March 2000, Chadwick was the Advanced Targeting Forward-Looking Infrared (ATFLIR) program manager in St. Louis. In addition, he maintained responsibilities as the Integrated Product Team lead for all Communication, Navigation and Identification and Electronic Warfare activities within the Boeing Aircraft & Missiles Tactical Aircraft (TACAIR) organization, consisting of the F-15, AV-8B, T-45 and F/A-18 programs. He held this position from 1997 to 1999.

Before joining the TACAIR organization, he was the F/A-18 manager for domestic and international business development. In this position, Chadwick was responsible for all sales, marketing and business development activities.

Chadwick also has held various positions leading business development efforts on the F-15, AV-8B, and T-45 programs. In addition, he spent nine months as the executive assistant to the vice president/general manager of production programs within Boeing A&M. Prior to joining the business development organization, Chadwick held various engineering positions on U.S. Air Force programs (F-15, F-23 and other proprietary programs). He joined Boeing (then McDonnell Douglas) in June 1982 as an engineer in the Communications Division.

Chadwick graduated from Iowa State University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and received a Master's of Business Administration from Maryville University in 1998. He currently serves as a Board Member of the Center of Creative Arts in St. Louis and is the Boeing Executive Focal for Tennessee State University.
