Our Stations - Philadelphia, PA, USA
Our Philadelphia Station supports the Integrated Defense Systems group and its 4,300 employees assigned in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The complex includes over 3 million square feet of floor space. The CH-47 Chinook helicopter is the aircraft that we are guardians of during flight operations.
Our station manning includes one Fire Chief, three Crew Chief's, two Fire Inspectors and 9 Firefighters who work a standard 8 hour shift, three shifts a day, and seven days a week.
The apparatus assigned are: (1) Suburban - Command vehicle, (1) 1250 GPM Pierce Structural Pumper , (2) Oshkosh T-1500 gallon ARFF vehicles, (1) HazMat response vehicle, (1) Type III Aid Unit, (1) Technical Rescue Team (confined space, etc) utility body pickup truck, (2) utility vehicles, and (1) 19 foot Smokercraft boat.
