Unless otherwise noted, club membership and events are open to Boeing employees, Boeing retirees, vendors of Boeing, customers of Boeing, contract and government personnel assigned full time to The Boeing Company, and spouses and dependents of the above only.

Auto Club

The Auto Club ( BAEC) The Boeing Auto Enthusiasts Club was formed in Jan. 1998 and started out as The Boeing Rotorcraft Racing Club with 9 members. In May 1998 more members were needed so the name was changed to accept all kinds of automotive interests. The Auto Club now has 59 members. It is open to all Boeing employees, Retirees, family members, and military personnel stationed at Boeing Phila. Customer representatives & vendor personnel assigned to Boeing Phila. with a permanent Boeing badge. We hold 2-3 Display Days a year, for our car nuts to show off their "Pride and Joy". In conjunction with the Phila. SCCA we hold 4-5 Autocross's a year in the 1south parking lot. Dues are $10 per member, $5 for a retiree, $15 for a family. Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 11:00am in bld. 3-28 2nd flr. col. and conference room B-7. Flying Club

Boeing Employees Flying Association Inc. Philadelphia, offers Boeing employees, their families and retired / laid off employees the opportunity to obtain their Private Pilot's license. Flight instruction is available in Club airplanes at reduced costs compared to similar operations outside of Boeing. We conduct this activity in conjunction with the Boeing Continuing Education and Learning Center groups. In addition, Club aircraft are available for members to travel for business or pleasure, or to attend flying related functions around the Country.

Horticulture Club

The Horticulture Club brings employees with a common interest in horticulture together to share and expand upon their knowledge, help gain practical experience, increase awareness within the fields of horticulture and, of course, have fun! The club welcomes all employees who have an interest in plants! The Club meets every 2 weeks (on Thursday afternoons). Find out when our next meeting is by checking our calendar. Catch up on events from previous meetings by viewing our meeting minutes. Contact our secretary to be put on the Hort Club email mailing list. The Hort Club has numerous activities throughout the year, including:

  • Field trips to local nurseries
  • Flower sales for Valentine's Day
  • Community outreach events through Horticulture Therapy such as flower arranging with the elderly and painting pumpkins with kids.
  • Sponsoring various speakers from within the industry to speak at meetings.

Tennis Club

The BH Tennis League offers a broad range of tennis events for all levels from the beginner to the advanced player. Our summer session runs from April to September and offers both singles and doubles competitive matches. Our winter league which runs from September to April is recreational doubles and is played indoors. We are members of the USTA and we notify our league members of USTA sponsored tournaments in the area so they may participate or attend at their own discretion.

Toastmasters Club

Founded in 1964, the Boeing Helicopters Toastmasters Club provides every member a supportive place and opportunity to develop leadership and communication skills while fostering confidence and growth along the way. Using time-tested and self-paced programs to help develop your communication skills, participation in Toastmasters can lead to increased visibility, recognition and promotion. Leadership skills acquired through participation in Toastmasters will not only increase your management potential, but also increase your effectiveness as a manager by teaching you how to plan, organize and motivate. The Boeing Helicopters Toastmasters Club meets every Wednesday from 12:00 pm to 12:42 pm EST in the Materiel Conference Room (3-28.2, F2).
