Boeing will be retiring Supplier Network Technical Data Interchange in March 2010 and migrating all existing users to the Electronic File Delivery Service (eFDS).
The Electronic Commerce Trading Partner Agreement (TPA) contains information reminding Boeing suppliers of the legal responsibilities they agreed to with respect to safeguarding Boeing files including those being transmitted over the public internet. It is intended to be appended to the General Terms and Agreements (GTA) already in place. This document must be reviewed by the supplier. The supplier then notifies their Boeing Contract Administrator or Procurement Agent acknowledging receipt, understanding and agreement with the TPA contents.
