Learning
- Learning Together Program (internal link only)-- this program is part of Boeing's ongoing effort to encourage employees to pursue education throughout their careers. Boeing financial support helps reduce the cost of tuition and books to those who successfully complete a course of study.
- Library and Learning Center Services (internal link only) -- the Library catalog offers search services such as access to books, journals, reports, and databases. The Learning Center offers registration for courses, web-delivered training, certification training and video on demand.
- Boeing Leadership Center (internal link only) -- the leadership center, located in St. Louis, MO, works in partnership with Boeing businesses to provide leadership, development and learning experiences for Boeing managers and executives.
Performance & Career Management
This program, currently under development, represents Boeing's efforts to encourage employees and managers to work together to identify professional development activities. The first phase of this program is a comprehensive performance management process which will be implemented in 2005.
