An international locally hired employee is paid as a local resident of the country in which he or she works (regardless of citizenship or nationality). A locally hired employee typically is paid in local currency and eligible for local pay programs and applicable benefits that are usually quite different from country to country, but competitive within the local market. If an employee meets the above requirements and works for The Boeing Company, Boeing International Corporation (BIC), Boeing Operations International (BOI), or one of the subsidiaries included in the list below, he or she is a locally hired employee.
