Contact Information & Additional Resources
To assist participants, there are several resources available and include:
- ShareValue Trust web site and as an external web site accessible to all http://www.boeing.com/companyoffices/empinfo/share/
- TotalAccess
- 1. Online (use Contact TotalAccess and complete online form), or
- 2. Phone toll free 866-473-2016 (Monday through Friday, 7 am to 8 pm U.S. Central Time). Your TotalAccess password will be required.
- 3. TTY/TDD service available toll free 800-755-6363
- ShareValue Trust Group Mailbox -- after reviewing the ShareValue Trust web site and TotalAccess Tell Me About (if you have access) you have a general question; you may send an email to sharevalue.trust@boeing.com. This mailbox should not be used to address individual, issues such as questions on your specific eligibility, change of address, etc.
Computershare -- depending on the ShareValue Trust cycle, Computershare provides resources as follows:
Current Accounts including new ones established resulting from any ShareValue Trust award distribution -- Toll free 866-326-1180 or via web www.computershare.com/investor
