ShareValue Trust Eligibility
Full- and part-time, non-executive employees on the active payroll* of The Boeing Company or a participating subsidiary** are eligible to participate. Union-represented employees are eligible to participate if their collective bargaining agreement includes ShareValue participation for any portion of a current investment period. Refer to these listings of unions not participating and unions with partial participation for Period 6.
Eligible employees automatically become participants in an investment period the first day they start on the active payroll - no enrollment is required. Employees are not eligible while they are on the executive payroll.
* Active payroll (referring to non-executive payroll) for the ShareValue Trust means: the status of an employee who is not on layoff, or has not otherwise terminated employment with the Company or a participating subsidiary and, unless otherwise required by law, shall not include the time during which an employee is on an approved leave of absence after the end of the third full calendar month of such leave. "Employee" does not include any person who, in the sole judgment of the ShareValue Committee, is deemed either contract labor or someone hired on a temporary basis. Flex force, co-op personnel and interns are not eligible.
