Period 4 Final Fund Status on June 30, 2004:
- Average share price of Boeing stock: $50.825 (average of a high of $51.23 and low of $50.42)
- Final number of shares in Period 4 fund: 20.769 million
- Period 4 ending fund value: $1,055.58 million. Fund threshold on 6/30/04: $913.02 million
- Excess over the threshold: $142.56 million!!!
- Estimated amount per 48-month participant: approximately $900, pre-tax; an after-tax amount will be converted into stock, valued at $50.825 per share.
- After taxes are withheld, individual distribution amounts will be converted into Boeing stock (for most participants on U.S.-based payrolls).
- If a person participated in Period 4 less than all 48 months, they should divide the above estimated amount by 48 and then multiply that number by the months they participated.
